The 15min Weekend Workout

We love Women’s Health Magazine. Filled with incredible tips to keep fit on the go, it has become our go-to resource for all things new & healthy. Just in time for the weekend, we bring you their latest workout wonder. This super-effective workout is simple, requires only 15 mins and dumb bells. The best part? NO GYM NEEDED. Don’t have dumbbells on hand? Grab a big bottle of fabric softener, detergent, Pinesol or whatever you feel is a weight you can manage while holding in your hand. They’re just as effective and probably smell a whole heck of a lot better than a set of weights do.

Don’t let the word CHALLENGE discourage you – you’ll only be working against yourself and maybe the sweet & savory treats that were indulged in this week. They were delicious, delightful and of course, totally worth it because they made you smile. But guess what? So is this challenge and it will having you grinning just as much. It’s only 15 minutes of your entire 24 hour day, which is totally do-able. You deserve a HEALTHY LIFE…both inside and out. So grab those weights, channel your inner beast and rep/lunge/curl like the champion you are!
