Wanting to take your dental health in your own hands? Then by all means, Let’s Do The DIY Thang and MAKE our own with this quick and easy recipe! First you’ll need the following:
- 1/2 c Baking soda (works as a natural cleansing agent and it polishes and whitens your teeth as well!)
- Dash of Table salt
- 1/4 c Hydrogen Peroxide (naturally disinfects your mouth)
- Dash of Stevia (optional as sweetener)
- Drop(s) of Peppermint oil (optional – can also be used with Cinnamon or Vanilla Extract)
Take the baking soda and salt and mix them together. Slowly add the hydrogen peroxide, peppermint oil and stevia until it becomes a paste. Add more hydrogen peroxide/peppermint oil/stevia until you achieve the desired consistency. Store it for later in a BPA-Free plastic container and VOILA! All natural , DIY toothpaste with no surprise ingredients! Now THATS something to truly smile about!
