With our love of this fruit and all of its versatile super powers it was only a matter of time before it received it’s own post. We’ve decided to expand and focus on its versatile yet super yummy nature. Seriously, there’s not much this fruit doesn’t sing with and we thought to take this baby to super dip and sandwich spread stardom. Ready to add some POW to that next loaf of bread? Then Lets Do The DIY Thang, shall we? First up, grab yourself a small bowl, fork, a medium sized Avocado, 6 cloves of garlic, chopped, lime, 1/4 cup EVOO (which is Extra Virgin Olive Oil for those who aren’t Rachael ray fans) sufo(If you’re into nice-n-spicy, Tapatio & Chili Garlic Sauce)
Using the fork, smash up the Avo, Garlic and EVOO in the bowl, squeezing a bit of lime juice into the mix. Then add some drops of Tapatio and dollops Chili Garlic Sauce, tasting along the way until you find your perfect blend. VOILA! Your spread is ready for sharing – whether it be on a sandwich, as a dip or new way! Let your taste buds will sing with anti-oxidant glory. VIVA LA AVOCADO!!! ARRIBA!!!
